Montre Davis is a Houston-based software and AI engineer with a decade of experience building production systems across enterprise technology, sports, financial services, and industrial environments.
He founded Kepler Gliese to bring that systems mindset into company-building, applied AI, and access initiatives: build useful things, evaluate them honestly, and create more room for capable people to get into the rooms where careers and companies can change.
The AFROTECH 2026 Access Initiative is one expression of that mission. Kepler Gliese is funding access directly while building a broader network of partners, mentors, resources, and opportunities around the people who come through the program.
